Discipline is vital for a healthy child. Children who are not regularly disciplined are unhappy, angry, and even resentful. In fact, when a guardian chooses not to discipline their children, it will result in society being compromised with unhealthy people. Sorry for the bad news, but the Bible says that, “If you love your children, you will be prompt to discipline them.”
(Proverbs 13:24b NLT)
He learns NOT to respect anyone, parents or other authority figures.
He learns that he is unprotected and make him vulnerable to serious injuries.
He learns how to find ways to entertain oneself that are likely to be harmful for themselves and for others.
(“Safety Gates and Safety Items teach boundaries in the home and in society.”)

He does NOT discover what is appropriate behavior.
He learns how to inconvenience others, rules mean nothing, and wants you to give them more and more.
He learns to be angry, harsh, and some times grievous.
the child learns to be destructful…hitting, throwing things, and screaming.
He will not have self control or the needed social skills. He will display selfishness, be willful, and be unpleasant company.
He learns how to be the same. He will develop stress, anxiety, and TRUST is re-define.
that the Holy Spirit controls our lives he will produce this kind of fruit … love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control;….Galatians %:22-23
Here’s the Vision…
Children need to learn that they are valuable. That they are worth the time and effort to be given a healthy conscience, feel well taken care of, protected, and taught the biblical standards for a full life.
Am I perfect, no, I have made mistakes, but after 40 years of working with children I want to share what I have observed and learned. Especially from my four children and three step children (who are now adults). I am proud to say, though they struggle, they are striving in knowledge of discipline, responsibility and respect in the world we live in.
